1801CY A horizontal cut line running from just below the top of the notch runs through the card. It is probable that at the time of preparing the blanks to size, the horizontal cut line was shifted and the blank was cut in the incorrect position. It would be logical to conclude that the top and bottom line of cards from the sheet were not cut to size
